ABOUT SAPPHIRE HEALTH
At Sapphire Health & Community Services, we are passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities to live empowered, fulfilling lives.
We provide tailored support for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who are self-managed or plan-managed. While we’re not yet a registered NDIS provider, we are working towards registration to soon offer our services to agency-managed participants as well.
